Kitty is one of the contestants in the third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. Series three of RuPaul’s Drag Race the UK returned on Thursday, 23rd September at 7 pm on BBC iPlayer. New episodes will be released on the site weekly.
She is also the second queen from Birmingham, the first being Sum Ting Wong, from the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK. In her Instagram stories, she revealed that she also auditioned for Season 2 of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.
When it comes to pronouns, Kitty goes by she/her in drag and he/him out of drag. She believes she’s the future of British drag – combining the old school with a new generation.
“My strength is my personality! I’m funny! I can dance! I can sing! I’m musical theatre trained! And I’ve got a cracking rack!” she said.
However, she’s already worried about certain challenges that might cause her to slip up.
“I’d say sewing is my weakness. I can get by but I’m not the kind of gal who can construct a couture garment from scratch. And if they make me do a make-over I’m out,” Kitty admitted.
Kitty is also a member of the Girls Aloud tribute band, Gals Aloud, which also featured a star from series one, Cheryl Hole.
