Enriquez is the first trans woman and trans woman of color to win the title of Miss Nevada USA 2021. She was crowned at the South Point Hotel Casino and Spa in Las Vegas on June 27, 2021. She also won the Miss Silver State USA pageant on March 9, 2021 at Blume Kitchen & Cocktails in Henderson, Nevada. On January 26, 2020, she represented Hayward in Miss California USA 2020 at Arcadia Performing Arts Center in Arcadia, California.
Kataluna began working as a health care administrator at the LGBTQ Health Care on June 1, 2020. Previously, she represented U.S. in Super Sireyna Worldwide 2018, a segment of the GMA Network variety show “Eat Bulaga!” at the Broadway Centrum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. On March 9, 2018, she represented U.S. in Miss International Queen 2018 in Pattaya City, Thailand and finished in the Top 12.
Prior to that, Enriquez was crowned Transnation Queen USA 2016 on October 22, 2016 at the Theatre of the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles where she represented California. She began her modelling profession in 2012. On January 18, 2016, she launched Kataluna Kouture, which specializes in gowns and costumes.
