Outside of work, VanCleave loves to listen to music, paint watercolor and oil pieces, and spend time outdoors. She also enjoys dancing, as she grew up competing with Fort Wayne School of Dance and she was a part of a modern dance company, Windfall Dancers Inc. in college.
