After graduating from Mississippi State University, Jacob then worked as an on-air meteorologist in both Alabama and Mississippi for several years, where he tracked hurricanes, tornadoes, and even winter storms. His life-saving coverage of twin EF-4 tornadoes on Easter 2020 was awarded “Best Weather Coverage” by the Mississippi Association of Broadcasters. He enjoys keeping you safe and informed during severe weather.
When he’s not in the FOX4 Weather Center, Jacob enjoys being outdoors, working out, playing board games, eating BBQs, and traveling.
