For almost a decade, Carolina worked for WABC-TV in New York City, where she took the lead on major national stories, including missing jogger Karina Vetrano, the Sandy Hook school murders, and the 2016 presidential election. Before that, she was a lead reporter and anchor for WEWS-TV in Cleveland, Ohio, and her team earned an Emmy. But Carolina is no stranger to Florida: The Miami native has also worked in Orlando and Gainesville.
When she’s not working, Carolina loves spending time outdoors, bike riding, and playing in the water, with her husband, James; their children, Adriana and Tomás; and their lab mix, Nemo. She is fluent in Spanish and a proud Latina. She is also an avid Golfer and Karaoke lover.
